GLEAC will be featured in the Dubai Cares, The Future is Human pavilion at Expo 2020.
This landmark project will create the largest collection of situational applications of human skills in the workplace and where we stand on them in work situations that we may encounter in the future.
The final product will be ready for beta testing in April 2021 with a final release by July 1, 2021. EXPO begins in October 2021 and will run for 6 months.

This POC is based on observing job seekers in an organic uptake from a simple pop-up on the Monster Jobs Portal. Would they be willing to showcase their human skills and more information about their job readiness on their profiles if it increased their chances of getting hired? The answer is YES. Phases 2-5 of this POC involves having enough profiles to make this humans skills job readiness “label” on profiles visible to Recruiters in their filter and upsells of the master benchmark to job seekers, which helps suggest jobs they may be better suited towards, and micro-practices to improve their weaker areas as per their mini-benchmark report in soft skills like communication, leadership, etc

Our Prada Pilot in 2019 consisted of a custom Sales Learning Journey that was designed to ensure employees earn CPD credits.
The journey started with an initial benchmark to measure their human skills. Followed by a daily delivery of micro-practices, focused on behavioural areas such as Not Judging Customers, Solving Customer Problems, and Attracting Repeat Customers via our App. Towards the end of their Journey the team took the benchmark again, to measure growth, and exhibited remarkable results. GLEAC ensured that weekly monitoring of the team’s performance was conducted and reported in weekly summaries to Prada managers and in monthly leadership meetings. This allowed Prada managers to recognize Top Behaviours that were driving internal culture.
This Pilot was in progress at the start of COVID and therefore not only acted as an Upskilling journey but also a morale booster. This resulted in the Pilot group becoming the highest performing team in the USA consistently for a year with a record increase in sales by 34% during COVID.
What’s next? We are happy to report that we are on track to Roll out globally and are excited to be continuing on Prada’s Upskilling Journey.
