- 1. Accept and define the problem 2 Analyze the problem taking a 360 degree view 3. Brainstorm 4. Analyse if the solution is best suited to the situation.
- First suggestion would be to 'think' the problem through and not succumb under the pressure to respond immediately. Posing constructive and relevant questions is helpful. 'Why' does the problem exist? Be honest about the situation and realise that every problem has a solution. Instead of denying it it is important to take a holistic view of it.
