- To understand what are the common grounds and try to minimize differences between you and him. Focus on the work to be done and extend any support or help that person as much as possible.
- 1. Remember an enemy is a person like you who has some problems and difficult situations. 2. Respect him. 3. Change the way you react. 4. Separate work from personality and act professionally.

- 1. Difficulties in dealing with others who have viewpoints different from yours. 2. Non-cooperative and reluctant to work with a team. 3. Narrow vision and short-sited personality 4. Hard to accept mistakes or criticism 5. Unable to interact and adapt to the changes.
- First, we have to respect the other opinions and act professionally if we disagree about any points. Secondly, Learn how to listen before we reply. For example, I use to give a chance for others to express their opinion even if disagree with mine. Thirdly, I will encourage them to help others without waiting for rewards or giving back. Finally, sharing knowledge, experience and expertise is essential and great human practice.
