Tricky Workplace Situation Handled
- Lack of energising oneself to work. Feeling enthusiastic to deal with work at hand. Inability to think out of the box. Thinking like a team and not in individual capacity.
- Rewarding them for Group Targets not individual, HR allows job role change for a month to see how they accept the new role to bring in new ideas. Constantly hire interns to bring new ideas and motivation to the team.

- Constant gossiping is one of the disruptive behaviours I had seen in one of the organisations I had worked with and it was very tough as I find it very unproductive, so I was constantly being casted out as I would never belong to any group. To break this, I would go to one group and say positive things and make them believe that someone from the other group had said that. So slowly I broke these groups and people became much more tolerant of one another which was healthy for the organisation. Positive reinforcement always helps and works.
- Ice Breaker meets online and offline , Celebrate each others culture days in office , Host some special team song for Birthdays .
- participating and sharing personal and professional joys and difficulties .Educating each other about differences in cultures and engaging outside of work space to get to know each other,Finding common ground.

- My real work life experience .In an aircraft with so many passengers and crew .Aircraft has to land but sometimes some crew could not manage with so many special meals of Vegetarian and they would recommend to feed egg because as per them eggs are vegetarian . First step is educating them about Hindu Culture and then finding ways to help the crew when they could not manage so many mixed meals on flight . Bringing meals from First class so we could feed our vegetarian passengers and pitching in when the International crew needed help. Whenever you pitch in and help It breaks all barriers and easiest ways to make friends .
- No, it's not conducive. It can be improved by people taking turns to attend to customers and amicably. Each one gets a chance to approach customers and get to close sale. Incentives are good ways to motivate positive behaviour but if it's causing harm, it should be withdrawn.
- It encourages sales because it's a team effort and each one plays better to their strengths and it helps to close the sale and the Team wins.
- Feeling happy and excited. Breaking Barriers, encouraging Team building and working in Team. Breaking Individual barriers, Intercultural bonding and respect.
- Yes, we do work in building relationships in team. We spend more than half our lives at workplace. If we have happy environments, people are motivated to come and Customers sense happy environments and want to buy from such places.

- As a Company CEO, I have to ensure that all team members are comfortable with each other and respect each other's work space. I have learnt that the more they share, the better it is. We organise company lunches often and get meals like Biryani that all share and eat together. This break barriers and encourage to share personal achievements or about family on Board, just to build bond.

- To regroup team members and have some friendly games at work, Hold events like karaoke nights where they can break barriers.
- I believe in addressing the issue head on with the parties and thrashing it out many times it helps to just sit and listen and give respect to all without raising voices.
- If you really must resolve conflicts then learn to listen. Many a times, people only need to be heard and want someone to hear them out.
- Goals should be within reach, You should be able to accomplish it based on how realistic it is. It should be aligned with the organisation's if that goal is attainable and whether it is the right time to aim for it.

- My team was falling behind task as few team members found themselves in personal crisis. I asked them to highlight who could fill in for them as the project could not be delayed and I asked the existing team how we should go ahead. Most members worked extra willingly so that the team member who had family crisis could be stress-free and attend to his family. He would regularly check on them and pitch in to help them so that team did not get behind schedule.
- It is very valuable to know your own strengths and weakness as it assists you to function bette.r To have self awareness is critical process for decision making
