- I would tell them, that ´your happiness depends on your congruency´. I once quit my dream job entertaining and inspiring Aboriginal students to sell insurance because I wanted more money. I forgot that my value is recognition and not finances and hated the work right away. I would say, that once you forget what you value and think is important you get lost and then you might do terrible things you might not have done if you had been aligned. I once again am an entertainer, and earn much less than in Insurance, but I know what I need, what I offer and will not compromise my happiness for money. Values and ethics are difficult to distinguish, I realize, as I type this answer. Regarding ethics- we have them from our socialization and you can check out your ethics by looking at what you value.
- Personally, I have always worked alone so I am motivated by money. I must earn, so I remember my values in tough times; that I love being my own boss and love my job, so then I get back to work. My ethics rarely suffer as I am strong in what to do or not- except in branding where so exaggerating is required or expected. I research how much to charge and how to charge so I can be fair and ethical. I am in a few associations for guidance on professional ethics.
- 1. Rude treatment from clients and no support from management. 2. Lack of autonomy to help customers. 3. No contact to humans 4. bad posture and loneliness if repetitive and no spontaneity.
- He is likely to not perform well, because he is willing to lose the job. If his intention is just to survive, his customer service skills will be weak and the customer will not be getting quality. Not having a routine means he is not taking care of his mental preparation.
- I have body noises and smells that no one admits having that we were shamed for as children. I have many flaws and things I am terrible at. It doesn´t affect me anymore because I have accepted that we are 80/20 humans- 80% of the time amazing and good smelling and 20% of the time, dark dirty and hiding the last cookie from our partner.
- I use social media as an experiment to express vulnerability and to encourage people to show their dark, dirty smelly side and even joke about it. It is very risky and scary.
- there will be no attention so you won´t make a plan.
- if you have an attitude for learning and curiosity, you will choose what you need and want.
- if you have a bad attitude your intention wil be negative and you won´t go for the goal.
- You need to have the intention. If you do not have that goal in your mind, you will get distracted. I focused on my back health for 15 years- everything I did, was to heal my back, and once I healed it, I hardly thought about it, or traveled again- or meditated again- with mo intention, we lose the plan and goal.
- Cry. Then I would look into the budget to see what we can invest in to remain competitive, I would call a strategic meeting for ideas for innovation; would create an Adaptability IQ program to train the brain to think outside the box; look at competition and ideas from other cultures.

- I can learn what other industries are using to communicate better and then do my trainings in that style
- I am my own team, so I will outsoure the jobs I am not good at- essentially, I will grow a team so I can grow.
- There is a mindset for innovative thinking- it comes from the world of Improv. Saying ¨yes, and¨ instead of ¨Yes, but¨ allows one to collaborate and see potential in old ideas. Strategic thinking is hard for me. I copy other successful people in my industry and follow their lead as I build my business. Mentoring and coaching are very important.

- I have worked for myself for 20 years- so I don´t work daily on teams- I know how to speak well in interviews because I speak clearly and am a Toastmasters award-winning National Champion. I understand how humans think because I am a spain certified Gestalt Therapist.
- People are annoying and can be demanding and that can cause stress to a normal human anyday
- People should prioritize their health and think of their needs every morning, and put up boundaries
- I lived in India, Brazil and Egypt. I learned to take myself less seriously and learned how to deal with uncomfortable situations with asserrtiveness and humor

- I like learning these techniques- I have never thought about creating a ritual. I will try to stop working at 21h and connect with my partner or the dog or stretch. If I turn off the computer I won´t be tempted. Put priorities on the to-do list for the next day or week.
- As an entrepreneur of 20 years, I have created a great balance; I work about 40 hours a week and think about work another 10 hours a week and earn money 15 hours a week. the 40 hours are marketing, networking and building systems. I also have a very active social life after work and weekends are for my partner. I have managed myself for 20 years and know very well how to say yes and no.
