- Keeping human at the center - revolve with a problem statement, try for different solutions for viability, desirability and feasibility - this would address primary need. With divergent thinking, it could explore fields beyond normal use cases and deep dive into the new and creative use cases.
- Common problem at the company is the traditional meetings which require people to be physically available at a certain location. Using the DT method, we have reached to different ways of collaboration both physical and virtual to meet and achieve the purpose. Also scheduling which was a pain earlier has now been transformed to digital availability of presence.
