We created an innovative experience at Expo 2020 ( held in 2021 and 2022) enabling visitors to discover their potential in future careers through gamification and purely based on their soft skills readiness knowing AI would take many jobs in the future.It was the 2nd most visited pavilion of Expo. Based on identified strengths and areas for growth, visitors were matched with Gleac experts, mentors, and coaches and micro-learning for up to 6 months post the visit to the experience.A 6-month app-based upskilling journey followed, laying the foundation for the government's continued investment in soft skills development.
