once our training programs were having a low showup rate from our employees:
- We gathered the attendance numbers from the last three years
- We started to ask a sample of them of what they think of our programs
- We have conducted a better TNA
- We tested the TNA
- we applied the new TNA
In the second scenario, because by this way, she is really not just reacting to her environment, she is directing her action towards a better outcome of the situation
Its makes more in control of our outcome rather than just reacting. It also helps us train our flexibility muscles and this will make us faster in making decisions and more absorbent to the information at hand in any given time
The most stressful is when there is a need to deliver a new training for me in a short notice, in this case I ask people who delivered this training before and learn from them and at the same time I try to understand the purpose of the training to be able to make the most out of it rather than just giving more information that nobody needs
Some of the customer complaints can be resolved by downloading an app that can guide them and deliver what attractions are happening while they are visiting. This will make the customer's life a lot easier.
