- The most appropriate way to teach is by sharing examples and experiences that we have gone through. It can always be told as a story and an honest conversation what it takes to be someone's mentor
- I totally agree with him and he brought out absolutely logical and fact statements on the table. It is important that a proper analysis to be carried out to foster engagement, to ensure better conversion percentage, which is fruitful to a business or a marketing strategy.
- This definitely impacts the conversion rates because as a consumer, I am 'stress free' and do not have to worry about my purchase, even when I am not so sure.

- There is a need to build a proper environment / ecosystem considering the buying behaviors of the consumer. There needs to be a mix of ease and experience for better conversions. The moment a consumer steps into a retail store, they should feel welcome and taken care of and even when they are stepping out, they should leave with a positive impression.
