Tricky Workplace Situation Handled
- A freedom leadership approach is a type of leadership in which leaders allow each member of the group to make decisions and decide the best solutions to meet the objectives.
- Yes, I have. About this leadership style, what was good is that the leader told the other person that he or she was had the capability to be responsible for their own projects, coming up with solutions, and setting deadlines. However, the manner in which the leader expressed himself was inappropriate, he just wanted to get rid of the job and relax, which is not what a leader does.
- Pros: trusting in people, communication, delegation skills, system thinking, motivator. Cons: I like operations so I may be checking up with people occasionally more than needed.
- I believe this leadership approach is awesome and it will work for my team because each group member feels ownership for the project or business and is more motivated to work for solutions and make progress together, also they grow as leaders too, and the group leader doesn't get exhausted managing people and instead is focused on solving problems and the business vision.

- The freedom style of leadership is an approach in which the leader builds trust in every group member and lets them make their own decisions. It is the contrary of micro-managing, and it allows the leaders to focus on the growth of the business or project, and letting the group members to think and act as leaders in their respective jobs too.

- Executive leaders could have sent a communicative report to all department leaders about the current crisis they're facing, so that they can prevent misinformation and have all the teams on the same page.

A simple way would be telling the story of a brand-new fundraising platform I'm building, we encountered some marketing difficulties and people weren't getting donations, so we calmed down and found the root problem, then planned the next steps and identified the right people for the job. Now, we have a system to prevent a disaster like that in the future.
- I think that tourists should have access to virtual reality to experience first-hand adventurous, artistic, and shopping places. Also, there could be apps that scan sculptures or even food, and tell us the traditions and history behind that from a ethnicity.
