Tricky Workplace Situation Handled
- in which areas are cost being over run. Why are costs being overrun in these areas. Is it due to inefficiencies? What are the cause of these inefficiencies? Machine failure, human error, lack of performance on the job due to motivation issues or lack of skills?
- The cooking gas at my business finishes frequently. It make be due to small leaks I the gas line, leaving the oil to warm when the cook has down time in orders, or poor planning in cooking for example not cooking in batches so the cooking oil can be utilised efficiently. I would have the ask the cook the five why's to find out exactly what is happening based on his observations and methods. I would then analyse the feedback to formulate a solution based on the problem. For example tighten connection if there are leaks, or plan the cooking schedule more effectively it that's the issue.
- I would share with them actual problems I have had and how I solved them. The challenges I have for example to get people to answer the 5 why's honestly and how I motivated people to be honest with respect to answering the 5 why's honestly for example explaining to the employee it's a bout win-win and if we find the solution to the problem my business can work more efficiently and so I will continue to be in a position to offer employment and also incentives when the business grows in profitability.
- read the buyer's reviews and analyse it to understand why they are giving the software poor reviews and use that feedback to improve the software.
- hard to use, takes long to download, have to fill in too much information to get started. If you know the complaints you can find ways to make the user experience better for the consumer for example easier registration steps, faster download and in general how to make the software more user friendly.

This would be to develop an empathy for both sides.
