Tricky Workplace Situation Handled

- The PR team was not fully aware of the diversityof their consumers
- I probably will talk about the Tanisq advertisement where the in laws' were from a different relgion then that of the bride and the customs of one religion were being followed. Tata being one of the most diversity concios company understood their mistake and withdrew their advert immeditely , unconditionally. this cleary demonstrate that one should be fully aware of the impact of their actions wrt the diverse customers and their feeling. Had they have shown and engaged different people of differnt ethnicity in the deciding the content of this advert, the embarrasement could have been avoided
- Explain situation to all the attendees take a stock of all the expenses ask everyone to give reason and suggestions to resolve the situation. This will help to understand everyone's point of view
- I would first formulate my question, Gather all the information , apply the information gathered to the current situation and then consiter the implications, then I will explore other point of views to see if there is another side to consider
- best way will be to teach this through a game. give a small puzzle or task to the team and ask them to solve it and then in the ende explain the right way to do this
