- I can share some structure, guidelines, I can share some experience and expectations, specially from investor point of view. But what I would recommend is to work hard and do reharsal. The more you train your pitch and tell a story, the better you are.
- If you identify your customer well, you can build a good persona and you can accurately propose him products he/she WANTS. Because you can satisfy their needs, solve their problems.

- By asking them about the different features they want, they need. And ask them / compare / give a score regarding competition existing features. We need to know THEIR needs.
- I would tell him or her to ask customers (calls, emails), do online surveys, get an EXCELLENT customer service and study what the competition is doing.
- Onboarding is not prepared and/or done properly
- Prepare onboarding documents, prepare onboarding meeting sessions, talk with employees, create an OVAR (HEC) system and explain it to him/her.
- 7, Documents are clear and systems are easy to use, we can spend add a bit more session with employees during onboarding.
- I would recommend to do a clear documentation, specifically for onboarding process. ORganize sessions with the employee and make sure everything is clear in term of tasks, responsibilities and objectives.
