- Think about sales as educating the customers on the options available for them to solve their problems. It's not about selling my product but it's about providing them with options, information so that they have the knowledge to choose what will work for them.
- My customer. It is about listening to my customer, by asking questions and hearing. My customer will talk 70% of the time.
- Yes! Sales skills are about flexibility in dealing with different situations. And learning more experienced sales allows having access more rapidly into a range array of situations and strategies. Then you can adopt this to your personal style so that you are always authentic in your approach.

- The big idea is really to approach this from a place of educating the customer on their options and how you can provide them with a solution. Not about selling to them. It comes from a real desire to educate ( do not hold back any information that would allow them to take an educated decision) and understand their problem and how you can solve it for them should they choose to. This attitude will allow you to have the right connection, approachand it will show in your approach, the way you talk and the way you listen and ask.
