- It's important to be open and willing to listen to others. This will enhance your creativity and bring the best results for all involved in the collaboration process. Even if you might not agree with someone's opinion try to be open.When I have meetings with my team I always try to listen to everyones ideas. I'm always willing to learn and grow. They might have a brilliant new idea they bring to the table. If I was closed off I would definetley miss out.
