- To handle issue before they arrive, to be flexible and ready to shift and change.. to have an open mind to change and deliver as the environment changes
- Is the information reliable? What is happening in the environment? What needs to change? What are we seeing and observing? How can we address the situation and be flexible in the process? What actions need to take place and how should this be done?
- Through 30 years of experience I have learnt that the only constant is change. This demands that you have an open minded attitude and be flexible when the need arises. It is important that you are observing the environment and what is happening around you to make the decisions needed and act in a responsible way to meet the needs and vision of your company and organization
- If you forget one word you lose the flow and lose your place ... its not authentic and connecting to your audience.
- It was real! From his life not theory - it was sharing not preaching - it was inclusive and connecting
- Stories stories - makes it real and shows you ve lived through that. learnt from that and what you did from that experience
- He had learnt it off by heart and not relaxed simply sharing ... he was so nervous and anxious to be perfect!
- Be open with all the needed answers for their questions. Be informed of your product. Be open to communicate. Be ready to follow up after the initial conversation.
