- Understand the person ways of communication in different time and situation. Story telling how collaboration can helps each other or in a team to collaborate. Everyone will be good at something, respect their talent and characteristics. Always be nice and polite. Instead of thinking how to improve others mindset, it is good if we change the attitude of our mindset towards them.
- 1. Thinking whom you dont like is another person who is liked by others too. 2. Every person has talent one or more thing they will be good. Hook to it. 3. Turn them around. Every action has reaction and it can go in cycle. Avoid it. 4. Dont let others to control your feelings.
- As I know the persona about likes dislikes and behvaiour. I will try to avoid the reactive statements and prepare well to collaborative style. Changing communication style will help me to work with the person to achieve the productivity. I will try to use what the person is good at link in communication.
- Nothing as such. As a servant leader it is easy to tackle these situations in team collaboration
- I have played different roles from bottom to top, with 15 years of experience and lots of travelling across world I do have immensive learning experencie in this matter both personally and professionally. Story telling them with different situations as applicable can add a value while mentoring to someone. I do apply it other platforms, networking etc.

- How might we teach kids about pandemic so that they understand the new normal lifestyle. 1. Why we should educate kids. - as kids are less expose to world 2. Why we kids are impacted - as there is no vaccination yet. 3 Why kids are not getting vaccine - still research is happening 4. why it is taking time - as still phases of implementation is happening 5. why research is taking time for kids - as it is less importance than other age group and also kids have good immunity and less expose to outside.
- Critical thinking examples in making major decisions and learning failure or successful can be shared to someone in story telling format. Parenting also adds more expereince. Different domain,stakeholders management across the globe will be helpful to drive the conversation.
