- Meetings-- had to adapt to not everyone showing up and in another instance senior leaders showing up Presentations--imprompto thinking when asked curveball questions that the team member could not fully address Sales calls--keeping the big picture in mind as the client was going back and forth..Making the client refocus many times and yet keeping mine and tram members cool

- He is not listening to them..He has no idea what their needs are as he interrupts or assumes that he know what they are looking for. He needs to ask the right questions and understand their needs before showing them apartments.
- Pay complete attention -- listen completely; Don't judge or assume or interrupt; Ask clarifying questions; Paraphrase their words and feelings; Acknowledge their situation; Listen to understand, not to reply or debate; Practice mindfulness/presence.

- Bernard needs to own up to claim his credits. He needs to make his contributions with his skills and experiences known. He needs visibility and the team members can support him there. It is a learning lesson for him.

- Specific Measurable Achievable Relevant Time bound
- You get specific -- helps you with keeping the focus. Measures both progress and outcome measures help with maintaining the continuity and motivation. The goal should be realistic and achievable. The more relevant the goal, the more inspiring it would be to keep striving. Time bound gives you focus and structure to complete the goals within deadlines.
- I set on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. Yearly basis are long term goals and it helps with direction. Shorter term goals keep the focus and achievement orientation high..everyday crossing the to-do list is a wonderful feeling!
- The more goals I achieve, the more confident I feel and the more I strive to get better..Also one comes to know where one is benefited and where the gaps might lie
- Start with the desires, needs, wants and goals. Link to their emotional state and help them break it into smaller SMART goals and inspire them to achieve. Keep motivating and encouraging. I share my example or other examples
