- I wouldn't lie. I would urge the company to make those efforts and while making them, take photos and videos and promote those efforts.
- It promotes mutual respect, breaks barriers and shows that you have nothing to hide. Simple and authentic Eye contact is key to building that relationship. It also predicts what kind relationship you will have with colleagues when hired. Most importantly the interviewer will take you not as a stranger but as a friend already.
- Do your extensive research about the company and the job. Your answers and questions will eventually make perfect sense and impress the interviewer.
- I ask them to research in depth about the job description and qualifications. Then, dress, act, be, speak accordingly.
- Not knowing the specific needs and customs of the culture you are installing your business at.
- Training and common goals perspectives. People gather under clans and dependencies. The clan must not be the nationality, but the name of the company. Training will help put all those people into one clan.

- Do your research, immerse yourself in the city, visit competitors, see their success stories and mistakes. Learn from them. Where they fall short and where they conquer. Then build a business venture that could stand out and add value and create a shock factor that attracts.
