Using care is the best way to approach the decision-making process. You must not be blinded by relationships, status, power, previous success, etc. All three of the others are harmful in their own rights, but angry and aggressive behaviors not only affect the individual, but affect the team as a whole, so these behaviors would be the most harmful and hindering to the decision-making process.
We all have biases, but we must be aware of them and consciously work to overcome them so that they do not hinder our lives, both professionally and personally. Bias judgment is based on faulty assumptions whereas objective judgment takes an honest and unclouded view of a situation.
You must have a clear sense of self to be able to truly help others. You must use your strengths to your advantage while also improving and addressing weaknesses and how they may impact your relationships and experiences.
Leadership must model and promote an innovative mindset. This can be accomplished in a variety of ways, from hiring practices to leadership's response to failures (used as a learning opportunity, not a chance for shame). Leaders must hire those with a voice and allow them to use their voices to create and innovate.
